Inspection before shipment
Every order is checked piece by piece before loading. We send you photos and test videos of your goods before the container leaves.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, UN38.3 and SDS for battery goods. We prepare the paperwork your clearing agent asks for.
Consolidated shipping
Mixing categories into one shipment is normal for us — you pay for one bill of lading, not four.
Spare parts & support
Spare parts ship with bulk orders. Anything wrong on arrival is settled with replacement or credit, not silence.

Bulk shipments include spare parts for the most-used consumables, so small faults do not become dead stock.
Installation & app guide
Wiring diagrams and a plain-English setup guide, including how the 4G camera works with a local data SIM card.
Damage, shortage or DOA
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We resolve by replacement in your next shipment or by credit.
