Common questions
What is the lead time?
10–15 days of production for bulk orders. Samples ship in 7–10 working days.
What are the payment terms?
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. A sample fee applies and is refunded with your first bulk order.
What if something fails in warranty?
2-year warranty. Free spare parts ship with bulk orders, and failed components are replaced within warranty.
